Quality Assurance & Process Execution Governance
At Maksons Finechem Unit-III (Ankleshwar), quality is not an inspection checkpoint—it is engineered into every stage of process execution. Governed under ISO 9001:2015 standards, validated by SAP S/4HANA digital tracking, and executed across 31 dedicated operational stations.
Six Core QMS Governance Pillars
Quality is engineered into every stage of process execution under ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring end-to-end traceability and audit readiness.
CAPA Management
Rigorous Corrective and Preventive Action workflow tracking root-cause investigations and systemic remediations.
Change Management
Documented technical and process change controls with multi-disciplinary quality impact evaluations.
Deviation Management
Immediate logging, risk assessment, and technical review of any parameter variation during production.
Market Complaints
Formal investigation and feedback loop for customer technical inquiries and quality specifications.
Vendor Qualification
Systematic auditing, analytical pre-testing, and supplier grading for raw materials and packaging.
Training Management
Continuous role-based technical training, safety drills, and chemical hygiene education for plant technicians.
Operational Facility Layout & Departmental Zones
Physical infrastructure and operating zones documented directly from the verified on-site facility presentation. Engineered specifically for multi-step organic synthesis, brominations, and fine chemical intermediates.
Warehouse & Materials Control Facility
10 verified stations covering raw material intake, sampling booth, quarantine hold, approved pallet racking, and cleanroom dispensing.

End-to-End QA Governance & Traceability Gates
Every batch undergoes systematic quality gating from raw material quarantine through reaction monitoring, cake washing, vacuum drying, and final COA sign-off.
Raw Material Intake & Quarantine Governance
Every raw material consignment received at Unit-III is assigned a unique SAP Goods Receipt Number (GRN) and quarantined under physical locks. QC chemists perform analytical testing against pharmacopeial and internal specifications before materials are digitally released for dispensing.
Reaction Parameter Control & In-Process Checks
Batch Production Records (BPR) govern temperature ranges (-10°C to +200°C), dosing rates, and agitation speeds. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checkpoints verify reaction completion via HPLC/GC before transfer to isolation stages.
Multi-Stage Centrifugation & Filtration Cleanliness
Dedicated cleanroom centrifugation suites isolate crystalline intermediate cake. Multi-rinse solvent cycles eliminate trace byproducts, with mother-liquor analysis validating isolation yield and cake purity profiles prior to drying.
Closed-Loop Drying & Particle Verification
Fluidized Bed Dryers (FBD) and Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryers (RVPD) operate under calibrated vacuum and thermal envelopes. Loss on Drying (LOD) and Karl Fischer titration confirm residual solvent and moisture compliance.
Finished Good Quarantine & COA Release
Finished chemical lots enter dedicated Finished Goods Quarantine. Final release requires comprehensive testing: assay, related substances, residue on ignition, and heavy metals. A signed Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued by Head QA.
Digital Traceability & SAP S/4HANA Reconciliation
All operational records—from initial raw material lot numbers to warehouse bin dispatch logs—are immutably reconciled in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Suite, ensuring audit-ready documentation and instantaneous traceability.
Validated for Global Regulatory and Customer Audits
